How do I find my social channel ID?

1. Facebook

  • Facebook Page plugin only works with pages, not with the personal profiles! First, you’ll need to retrieve your Facebook page ID. You can do this by navigating to your page, clicking on the About tab, and scrolling to the bottom of the page. There, you will see your page ID (It should be a number).

Still struggling? If you are logged into Facebook in your current browser, you should be able to click this link, and it will redirect you to your profile page.


2. Twitter

  • Log in to Twitter and visit your account settings pages from the dropdown menu in the top right corner.
  • In your account settings page, change the username listed in your username field or copy existing.
  • If the username is taken, you'll be prompted to choose another one.
  • Click Save changes at the bottom of the page.

3. Google+

  • Log in to Google+
  • Click on the Profile from the left menu to view your own profile.
  • Then click on you profile photo.
  • If you look at the URL in the adress bar, it should look something like this:

    To make Google+ tab work you must turn on youe Google API. For more information please visit point no. 4.


4. Youtube

  • Log in to Youtube
  • Click on the My Channel from the right top menu

5. Linkedin

  • Log in to Linkedin
  • Click on your profile picture
  • If you look at the URL in the adress bar, it should look like this:

6. Pinterest

  • Log in to Pinterest
  • Click on the Profile
  • If you look at the URL in the adress bar, it should look like this:
  • If you want to display specific board you should also enter the specific board ID:

7. Vimeo

  • Browse to this page: https://developer.vimeo.com/apps/new. You will be redirected to "Sign in" page if you are not login to your account.
  • Fill out the form as highlighted below and click on "Create app" button to complete.

  • In the next page, scroll to the end of the page where you can find the "Generate Token" button.
  • Click on the "Generate Token" button and copy the "Your new Access token" string and paste into "Vimeo Access Token" text box in API Credentials section.


8. Instagram:

  • Log in to: Instagram
  • Click on the Profile
